Central Park NYC - 842 acres. 2.5 miles long, half a mile wide - yep, the best way to see the park is in a horse drawn carriage or on a bicycle. Carriage it was. Astonishing how far from the city you feel at times even though you can see the skyscrapers on either side. A truly beautiful place.
