Montana is Cast

I was heading out to run errands when I glance across the hood of the truck and notice Montana laying in the pasture - cast.  Meaning he couldn't get  himself turned over to get up.  It took all three of us to roll him over.  Silly horse.

Breck Away

Minus 10 degrees and early AM - it was time for Isabella and I to make a clean break from Breck.  All smiles, Isabella was ready to get down out of the thin air.

Behold Breckenridge

I know, some of these are a little redundant.  I just couldn't pick between them - I love the Breck Peaks - all nine of them.  Until next time, so long Breckenridge.

Breck Freeze

It's hard to explain what we experienced and conquered on the mountain today.  We woke up to a 4 degree temp, minus 13 feels like.  What did we do, we geared up and went skiing. More and longer breaks, but we went skiing. For much of the day, there were only a hand full of us on the mountain.  Certainly no kids.   We conquered the elements and left very proud of ourselves.
