Misson Impossible
Getting time away for Mommy and Daddy can be something of a Mission Impossible. But thanks to Abby, we were able to get away to see the new blockbuster movie "Mission Impossible." (And a great one it is, I might add)
But as you can see, Bella was all smiles. She thought sure the day was about her because "my Abby" came to see her.

New PJ's, New Toys
Sometimes it's hard to know what to play with. For Bella, it isn't hard to know what to wear. She is loving her new PJ's - especially her satin Elmo PJ's.

Lincoln Logs
Both Skyler and Daddy requested Lincoln Logs for Christmas - and both of us were good enough to unwrap Lincoln Logs from under the tree. Nothing like a cold morning to enjoy a cup of coffee while building and destroying with the kids.
Skyler had Bella in stitches over his sling shot destruction of a log structures.

The kids enjoyed visiting Grandma and Grandpa as they received a Christmas delivery - their new refrigerator.

Post Christmas Shopping
Bella and Daddy out for some post-Christmas shopping - the best time to invest in new decorations for next year. Bella managed to score a couple of new Nutcracker's.
The wind was a little much for Bella's sensitive ears but she has gotten really good at protecting them with her hands.

Orange Ever After
The day after Christmas is always a special time. The family enjoyed sleeping in and most of us were starting to feel better.
The kids started their day by putting out the Lionel Train set. Hard to believe the Pennsylvania Flyer is just now making it's way out of the box, the day after Christmas.
The kids were sporting their TN orange sweatshirts Nana bought them for Christmas.
Left Over's
The family returned to Nana's to enjoy an amazing meal of leftovers. Feeling better, some us enjoyed this meal more than the original. Hands down, the better dressing to ever cross my lips.
Bella enjoyed riding one of Skyler's old toys - the Zebra. How time flies. I remember our little drummer boy riding the Zebra as a baby.
A first for Baby Bella, she and Skyler pulled the Wishbone. Skyler won so I'm hoping he was wishing for more golf in 2012.

Christmas Morning 2011
The kids were up at the crack of dawn to see what good things Santa brought down the chimney. Then it was on to opening their stockings and gifts from Mommy and Daddy.
