Final Swearing In

Off to Fort Benning

The swearing in complete, time for one more hug and family prayer together.  He may be more ready for this than we are.  He hasn't wavered, he is excited to be under way to Fort Benning.

Willow Says Goodbye

The Lindsey girls brought Willow the rabbit down to bid farewell to Skyler.  I suspect they used Willow as the excuse to get to see Skyler again - and that is just fine.

Really proud of Chloe and Isabella, they took some time to classify and record each kind of rock in Bella's collection.  Fun + Educational = GREAT!

Skyler and I found a new spot to drop into Percy Priest - the boat ramp next to the Nashville Sail Club.  It's easy and requires a lot less of packing gear down to the banks.

She said she is too old for a chalk board - so a high five it is.  Here we go, fifth grade!

Dads Antics

Why you should never leave the table when Dad is around.  We stopped at Red Lobster for Mom to get her Crab Feast on.  Isabella went to the restroom and came back to find her daiquiri perched precariously atop several table items.

Departure Swim

After  breakfast, we enjoyed a couple of hours in the sun before having to head back home. Isabella was all to happy to demonstrate her pool antics.

This has become as much fun as the rides for Isabella.  And she scored a huge rock in this effort.  Work well done, sweet girl.

The Cool Down

We enjoyed a cool down night swim after a long hot day at Dollywood.  Isabella impressed us by sliding head first down the slide and being able to swim all the way across the pool without coming up for air.  Big progress in the water for our girl.
