Halloween 2012

Mommy had a vision involving a Dr. Seuss favorite.  I was Cat in the Hat, Mommy was Cindy Lou Who and the kids were...of course, Thing 1 and Thing 2.

And Lani was a precious Tinker Bell.

Halloween 2012 - Getting Ready

Before the candy, fire pit, spooks and outdoor pictures, Mom made candy corn rice crispy treats and a veggie tray skeleton.  Everyone managed to get ready in time to snap a few pics inside.

Halloween Eve

Twas the day before Halloween and all through the day, Bella would make Daddy pay.

Really excited and understanding Halloween for the first time, Bella was full of tricks, treats and funny faces.

Titan's Snuggle

After missing her Daddy and Brother who were gone most of day to watch the Titan's play, Baby Bella was all too happy to snuggle up on Daddy's lap to fall asleep.

One-on-one time with both kids - more days like this, please.

Painting Pumpkins...

...with BFF Ava Grace.   I just love how Isabella does everything with all of her heart. She was massively focused on painting her pumpkins.

Baby Emily Visits

Not yet old enough join the painting, Baby Emily laid around looking adorable and made sure she fetched her share of attention by throwing up on anyone willing to hold her.

Make no mistake about it, she is one sweet little girl.  And talk about good natured. She is the epitome of calm and peace.

Southern Girls

Only in the South do three and four year old girls practice their shooting skills when they go out for family dinner.

Only in the South.  But it does remind me of something Thomas Jefferson said:  "For a people who are free and who mean to remain so, a well organized and armed militia is their best security."  I suspect our freedom might be secure if these two ladies have a say - or shot.
