First Brows

The Blog started as a way to chronicle the many "firsts" in Isabella's life.  Those firsts are fewer and farther between these days.  Today, however, a first.  Her first brow wax and Momma said she did great.
 

This Mug

I miss this mug but just a note to say how proud I am of her.  She has spent the better part of eight days horse sitting for friends.  She is tired but earned her biggest paycheck yet.  My guess is, she slept in a little today. She's earned that too.

ADHD at the Barn

When you take your ADHD kids to the barn.....I have a busy week of travel ahead that will extend into the weekend.  I much appreciate the kids helping me prep the farm this evening but my, my they did  bring their ADHD with them. Farm antics while they work.

Dualling Chores

Dualling farm chores - while I was organizing the trailer tack room at The Ridge,  Isabella was scraping the bottom of the barrel at the Traywick farm. Sunday chores complete.

Claiming Cheyenne

The alarm clocks rang early for Isabella and I on this Saturday morning.  It was time to get dressed, hook up the trailer and head south to lay claim to Cheyenne.

It's an incredibly muddy mess with the melting snow and subsequent rains but Ms. Cheyenne seems not to notice. What a beautiful horse!
