Isabella surprised a deer behind the cabin and caught a great set of pictures.  I remember a day I could jump a fence like that and make it look easy.

Bones Do Dinner

On the road in East TN, I texted the girls and asked what they were doing. Well, apparently they decided to wear their Halloween pj's and prepare pasta.  Miss these girls but good to see things carry on while I'm in a busy travel season.

Round Bale Weary

No, Isabella isn't tired.  She's bored of waiting on Mr. Pete to come load a round bale on the truck.  Saving her energy for the task of rolling it off and place the hay shed over the top. Sometimes you have to reserve your energy on the farm.

Jimmy Douglas

Honoring the life of Jimmy Douglas. Jimmy had three great loves in his life - cigars, TN Vols and Eva D.  While I was never sure whether he loved cigars or the Vols more, there was no doubt that Eva D was THE love of his life.   Rest in Peace, Jimmy.

Great night with Tiffini and Kyle.  Kyle has been wanting to treat us to one of his amazing burgers, wow, he was kidding!

Free Hay

Back home and my first chore is helping Isabella toss some hay.  The horses were wild with excitement - you'd think we were giving away free hay.

Okay, everybody knows I'm not a fisherman. But Isabella really wanted to drop a line in. So I called our neighbor and asked if he would mind - he didn't.  Great way to conclude a Friday.
