Snow in November?

The Cain Gingerbread House isn't even completely decorated and we experience a rare event for Middle Tennessee, a November snow.   A very pretty dusting and how can you get any more Christmas appropriate?

Sleigh Balls and Tradition

Tradition is everything in the House of Cain.  It is our tradition for Isabella and I to put out the decorations while Mommy does the trees.  She especially loves to help me put the Christmas ornaments in the sleighs.   All of the sleighs get ornaments except the kitchen sleigh - it gets 2 big bags of happiness, uh, I mean Hersey Kisses.   We have done that together since she was just a little girl.  Tradition continues -  and so does the happiness.

Ski Boots & Candy

Then we move to the ski boots.  All of the ski boots are filled with candy.  And yes, we eat some while we are filling.  Decorating does have its benefits.  The ski boots get York Peppermints and Hersey Kisses.
