A cold front with 20mph winds forced us indoors for Halloween.  We traded the firepit for a fireplace and remained mostly inside. Still, a great night - Halloween 2014,

Kindergarten Field Trip

The kids enjoyed helping Mommy populate Papa's staircase with rats.  Note to Papa - keep your doors locked at all times, there are vandals in your own family.

Dollywood Express

I forgot to blog the photo's of our ride on the Dollywood Express.  We certainly enjoyed our trip through the mountains, being pulled by WW II veteran, Engine 70.  This engine has played a key role in our country's history - WW II, development of Alaska and Tennessee's first coal fired engine.

Fall in Gatlinburg

Day two, Gatlinburg.  If yesterday was magical, today was Super Magical.  Our cup runneth over, Fall Break 2014 was simply amazing.

Car Napping

Somebody is learning to nap in the car.  The little girl who hasn't slept most of her life is now getting to be a pretty good night sleeper and a pretty good car sleeper.
