Lunging Pen

It occurs to me that I never mentioned why we were burning boards. We made a nice burned wood skirt for our lunging pen.  Not only a good look but helps keep the quarter down surface in the pen.

Burn Project

Isabella and I were up for the sunrise as we prepared to help Dennis with his burn project.  Happy so say we did it!  They are still smoldering but should be burned to the ground shortly.

Keeper Does the Auction

It's the fourth Friday of the month and that means...it's auction time.  Keeper was all excited for his first auction but he quickly wore down.  But he did great!

One More For the Road

I was going to post "maybe we did, maybe we didn't" but the evidence was overwhelming. The show was over at Noon and by 2:30 we were in line for beignets at the airport - don't judge. I feel like you're judging me. No regrets! Thanks for the memories NOLA!

Beignet Strategy
