Dollywood or Bust

Wild Eagle

Introducing Papa to the Wild Eagle. If you ride a roller coaster with Papa, you want to be in the seat in front of him - the screams emanating from his seat are hilarious.

Tennessee Tonado

Catching flies on the Tornado.

Lightning Rod

Introducing Papa and I to the Lightning Rod.  In one word, "Wow!"  In two words, "Yee Haw!"  In three words, "Don't Do It."

That look on my face is nothing more than a white knuckle, hold on for your life, I hope I live to blog about it, I can't smile right now look.  50.6 seconds of sheer excitement, shaking, dropping and turning.

When it's over you say "never again."  An hour later you say "can we do it again?"  That was one serious roller coaster ride.  I guess what they say it true, what doesn't kill you makes you want to ride it again.

Working Girl

It started with a 5am wake up call and a three hour drive to Oak Ridge to serve one of our customers. Daddy and Isabella were teaming up to advance the family business.

All Work...

...and no play make Daddy and Daughter boring.  After calling on three customers, we took the afternoon off and headed for the hills.  Isabella insisted on riding horses, so ride horses we did.  Alaska (Bella's horse) and Rhode Island (Daddy's horse) were the perfect pair for a perfect trail ride. It goes without saying, I had the perfect riding mate.

Dinner Bell

That 6am sausage biscuit wore off hours ago.  We made time for one of Bella's favorite meals - fried chicken, grapes, cheese and marshmellows.  I didn't say it was normal, I said it was favorite.

Wheel of Fortune

Turns out, this was a lucky day for both of us.  Isabella hit the arcade after dinner and proceeded to hit the jackpot.  She won a large stuffed elephant (that she named Ellie), a pair of sunglasses and some Fun Dip.

Go Carts & Zip Lines

Could this day get any better?

Spinning Out of Control

Just before heading to the hotel, we stopped off at the midway for a spin around.

Fireside Chat

Days like this shouldn't come to an end.  But if they do, they should end with a fire side chat -Hershey's chocolate in hand.  This one was one for the books.  Blessed beyond measure to have Isabella along side me today.

Unicorn Correction

While Mommy was busy coloring Nana's hair, Isabella was busy doing a color correction on her unicorn. Sometimes, she just amazes me.
