American Girl Date

Isabella and Savanna enjoyed a wonderful American Girl doll play date at Starbucks. I do believe these dolls are taking on a life of their own. 

Mom Turns 34

Balloons, cake, edible arrangement and gifts.  Yes, Mommy is celebrating a big day. Happy Birthday, Mommy.

Princess for a Day

The kids and I wanted Mommy to have a special day so we insisted she become Princess for a Day. She wore her Princess shirt, tutu and tiera all day as we took her out to eat, to shopping and to a craft fair.  After a massage and dessert, I think you gets it - we treasure her.

Hopefully, 34 never felt so good.

Fun, Fast, Run

Her long legs served her well, this girl loves to run.  And skip. And hop. And Dance.  This girl loves to move.

No, it's not a brag.  Not even a humble brag.  It's an a aspirational statement.  We are wearing our Ark Encounter shirts and challenging ourselves to have faith like Noah. We aspire to that kind of faith in action.

Love by Chocolate

I had to disappoint Isabella this morning and tell her I was going to be out of town for a couple of days. Feeling bad, I decided to leave her a "I Heart You" spelled out in Hershey's Bars.  Ah, love by chocolate.

The Creation Story

I walked upstairs to find Isabella, wearing her Ark Encounter shirt and reading her Bible story book to her baby doll.  She looked up and said "I'm reading to her about how God created the people."

Shotgun Annie

Starting them young - letting Isabella get the feel of holding a rifle.  It won't be long before she is shooting herself.

Training Session

This is a really big day, Skyler is getting to fire the shotgun that used to belong to Grandpa. Papa Rob is doing a training session  - safety first.
