Isabella was excited to shave her legs for the first time.  She did really well under Moms watchful eye and careful instructions.  My girl is growing  up!

Winterize The Kayaks

It's time to winterize the kayaks and store them for the winter.  Further proof that Isabella is missing her brother, she volunteered to clean fishy kayak.  And spent a lot of time and effort on it and did a good job.  Atta girl, Isabella.

Pvt. Skyler Cain

Our first glimpse of our soldier boy.  They are transitioning from processing down to Sand Hill where the basic training will start next week.  He was able to capture a quick text photo on the way down to Sand Hill.  It will be three weeks before we get to speak with him again.....counting the minutes.

Jeep Brunch

What a beuatiful day for a Sunday ride in the Jeep and a Sunday brunch.  Have I mentioned how excited we are about the Jeep?  Where have they been my whole life?

Letter From Skyler

You can never prepare yourself for walking to the mailbox and finding a letter addressed to "Dad."  Such an overwhelming feeling and so great to hear from him.  He sounds good in the letter.
