I didn't expect to see this when I left Nashville this morning.  An early snow fall here in Salt Lake City.  Absolutely beautiful.

Safety First

Before the pool and the BBQ, time for a morning round at the make-shift shooting range. First a check of our guns and ammo.  Then putting on our hearing protection.

First Shot with a 22 Rifle

Her very first shot with a 22 rifle.  First with Daddy's help, then on her own.  She really liked the feel of the 22.

Isabella tried her hand with Daddy's Glock 43. She's not as confident with the recoil on the Glock but she did fine. Good training, good times.

The Slow Walk

A retreat to the farm for the Labor Day weekend, just what the Doctor ordered.  This was my view for the morning walk.  It wasn't a power walk, more like a slow amble.  Nothing like a slow walk in the country to take in the sites, sounds and smell.
